Do you have experience developing learning experiences for a global audience? Are you passionate about people and creating a sense of belonging at work? In this role, you’ll use your instructional design skills and curiosity for understanding people to build engaging content and learning programs for Apple employees around the globe. And you’ll join the Inclusion & Diversity team to create opportunities for people of all backgrounds to meet and learn from each other, forging connections across Apple and around the world.

As a Learning Program Manager, you’ll lead the global learning curriculum and program that helps Apple employees learn how to build a more inclusive work environment at Apple. This includes working closely with key partners to understand global and local needs, leading content development, driving engagement through campaigns and initiatives, and reporting key metrics.

– Develop and launch a new foundational knowledge and skills curriculum

– Develop and implement a strategy to maintain and evolve I&D learning content

– Develop content on inclusion-related topics, incl. collaborating with internal I&D teams, capturing feedback from key partners, and requesting publishing and localization

– Communicate the value of initiatives to partners and leaders to gain consensus

– Consult on inclusion-related learning initiatives, incl. reviewing content from other teams

– Track projects and share regular updates to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Associate’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience developing learning contentKnowledge of adult learning theory and designKnowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging concepts
