The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, including both full-time Apple employees and a third-party technician team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance services are performed to the highest standards while effectively managing contractor relationships.

Working directly with the LA Site Lead, The Maintenance Supervisor will lead with an Apple first approach to facilities management to achieve department goals. Strong candidates will have a track record of building and encouraging a culture of teamwork. This position regularly interacts with people at all levels throughout the company and should represent the Facilities team as a professional partner at all times.

5+ years of experience managing contracts or personnelTechnical training, technical school background or equivalent work experience.Experience managing both in-house teams and third-party contractors.Proven experience in facilities building maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance protocols, logistics, and use of work order management systems.Ability to provide on-call support in case of emergencies or other off-hours issues.
