The Ownership Operations team develops differentiated store experiences and supports Retail performance by analyzing and innovating the customer journey. In this role, you will be focused on the future of our Apple Retail Stores, collaborating cross-functionally across Apple. You have a deep passion for Apple’s products and mission, and love to think about the future, but can also program manage complex roll outs.
This role will use insights to develop the strategy and define customer journeys for potential future products and/or customer experiences in our Retail stores and will play a critical roll in driving a seamless roll out of these new experience to impact Retail performance.
-Analyze retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform future strategies.
-Distill complexity to create simple and elegant solutions that can be adopted in Retail Stores globally.
-Collaborate with peers across the organization to help design, build, and lead the execution of future programs and priorities for Apple Retail.
-Partner across teams globally and with leadership to find opportunities to iterate on existing programs or create new programs.
-Creatively problem solve while weighing implications, tracking critical milestones, proposing changes, and building contingency plans.
7+ years experience developing strategies for Go-To-Market Operations or Strategic Operations
