The Partner Communications Manager leads the marketing communications strategy, planning and execution for Apple products and services in the Partner (indirect) channel. This team drives the development of partner journey’s, campaigns, and creative with some of the biggest brands around the world, shaping how Apple shows up within every touchpoint in the partners’ space, including all advertising, physical and digital environments.
The Partner Communications Manager is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners, whilst upholding the integrity of the Apple brand. Key responsibilities include:
– Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.
– Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. Synthesize learnings into insights to drive optimization of future advertising, digital and in-store efforts, internally and externally with partners.
– Work with Global (Geo) Partner Communications teams around the world to identify and develop partner strategies and communication plans, including advertising, digital channels and the partner’s owned marketing channels in-store and online.
– Develop and drive global processes, across Apple products and services, to improve the quality and effectiveness of the partner work as well as the efficiency of the path to get there
– Collaborate extensively across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers, Retailers, Banks, SMB’s and Enterprise Resellers, Media Content Providers and more.
– Inspire and contribute to the large global network of Geo Partner Communications Managers, sharing best practices, learnings and case studies.
– International travel may be required 3-4 times per year.
8+ years experience in marketing communicationsExperience in brand communications – from strategy to execution to analysis of results.
