As an Engineering Program Manager for the Data Governance Platform, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, architecture, and execution of our data infrastructure. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep data management and analytics understanding.

Manage the entire lifecycle of data governance platform projects, from conception through deployment and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, set timelines, allocate resources, and assess risks. Ensure the data governance platform’s architecture supports current and future business needs, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management in data platform development or a similar field.
