The Retail Technology Product Team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to define and implement affordability experiences in our Stores. You will be a part of a team that ensures our technology fulfills Apple’s vision of enabling employees to deliver the best Retail experience in the world. You will partner with Engineering, Merchandising, Operations, Online, and Marketing teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize business in our stores.
This role will lead technology and experience development for Affordability programs (e.g., Financing, Trade-in, or AppleCare) in global markets as it relates to Appleʼs customer demographics, locally relevant payment providers, and market-specific needs.
– Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to identify and drive end to end program experiences and capabilities
– Consistently lead through a customer experience lens toward decision making
– Define and track progress toward key performance indicators and broader retail strategies
– Represent interests of business and technology through the design, development, and deployment of new technology and systems.
7+ years of product management experience within leading consumer products and / or retail organizations2+ years of experience working with payment providers or third-party shopping platformsAbility to travel up to 15%
