We are looking for an outstanding engineering manager to join the Privacy Preserving Machine Learning team.
We are seeking an experienced manager and technical lead to join our team in building privacy-preserving technologies for measurement and machine learning.
In this role you will:
– Manage and grow a team that designs, develops, and deploys state-of-the-art privacy-preserving technologies for measurement and machine learning that meet Appleās industry-leading privacy bar.
– Communicate system design tradeoffs, privacy risks, and potential mitigations to senior leadership to drive decisions.
– Develop and grow a team of senior engineering staff and managers.
– Guide the development of data collection systems that enable the training and evaluation of generative AI systems while preserving privacy.
Successful candidates will need to have a strong track record of technical leadership and extensive experience managing engineering teams, including managing and developing new managers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build consensus are crucial to success in this role. You will be working across multiple teams and organizations on a regular basis, so strong interpersonal and time management skills are necessary.
