Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. We have an open position for an enthusiastic, motivated project manager to join our team. You would be responsible for assisting the Regional Learning Leader in coordinating internal/external learning activities, maintain and drive for learning projects updates, and conducting training and coaching review through data analysis and feedback.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to join an amazing, robust, and agile team responsible for supporting our extraordinary Apple Retail Contact Center teams. As part of the larger RCC organization, our Regional Learning team acts as the gatekeepers of Apple culture by providing an extraordinary experience to both our employees and external partners alike. Familiarity with learning and development principles, such as the Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation and Bloom’s Taxonomy.7 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a training and development or educational setting.Experience creating and managing project workflows and timelines, leveraging collaboration tools such as Quip, Wrike, etc.
