We are seeking an Operational Studies Project Manager to lead human studies with a focus on strategic recruitment, and engagement with partners to support development and validation of new health sensors and algorithms.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, is flexible, and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes. You will interact with all engineering design fields, clinical, data analysis, legal, business development, and other project management teams. Having exposure and familiarity with the changing dynamics of research and development is highly desired. Key responsibilities include:
• Establish and maintain project schedules, prioritize issues and track the details, as well as be in touch with the big picture
• Collect high quality data and ensure study compliance to domestic/international regulations
• Lead all aspects of partnership management including building and maintaining partner relationship, raising critical issues as needed, developing strategies and tactics to drive substantive and measurable change through innovative solutions, as well as leading quarterly partner performance reviews
• Set-up and handle study budgets
• Report and present to multi-functional teams and senior leadership on project status and schedules
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or any engineering subject area, or equivalent5+ years of project management with direct experience with partnerships within Health or TechnologyAbility to knit together disparate sources of information into a strategic narrative and perform data analysis to drive measurable results
