We are looking for a dedicated Engineering Program Manager or a technical leader who is passionate about planning for and leading silicon bring-up and debug of groundbreaking and innovative designs. You will use your creativity, technical knowledge and organizational skills to drive multi-functional teams to take on complex technical problems under tight schedule constraints.
The CPU Engineering Project Manager will be embedded in the CPU team driving post-silicon planning, bringup and debug activities. You will be working closely with Design, Verification, Silicon Validation, Software, Power, Performance Validation, System and many other groups to resolve silicon issues blocking product development, starting with initial silicon bring up through production release and beyond.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Developing post-silicon validation plans (what needs to be tested, by whom, and when).
– Driving debug of silicon issues (functional, electrical, performance, etc.) with CPU and multi-functional teams.
– Coordinating and prioritizing debug tasks and experiments, and following up on action items.
– Supervising issues and bugs across multiple projects and working with software, system, and other teams to get them resolved.
– Focused issue reporting and communication of program risks & status in multi-functional and executive forums.
– Materials management (parts, boards, etc.).
BS + 10 years of relevant experience.Proven Silicon development experience in Design, Verification, Implementation, Physical Design, DFT or Validation.
