DESCRIPTION

The Ambassador Program is a personalized onboarding initiative designed to welcome and support newly onboarded carriers within the Relay network. Ambassadors guide carriers through comprehensive training, emphasizing safety, compliance, and effective communication with Amazon. The program’s mission is to empower carriers for success and foster a community of high-performing partners. It consists of a structured four-week onboarding process, culminating in carriers’ access to customer-facing loads. Ambassadors play a key role in ensuring carriers’ success, offering continuous support, and promoting adherence to safety and performance standards.

Key job responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ambassadors for the Relay Ambassador Program. As an Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of shaping the success and experience of carriers within our Relay network. Your role extends beyond traditional onboarding to becoming a mentor and advocate for carriers’ long-term success.

A day in the life
•Holistic Onboarding: Guide carriers through a comprehensive four-week onboarding program designed to not only impart knowledge about safety, compliance, and operations but also to foster a sense of community within the Relay network.
•Training Facilitation: Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and interactive discussions. You’ll be instrumental in helping carriers understand the intricacies of Relay’s operations, emphasizing safety standards, and instilling best practices for a successful and sustainable partnership.
•Personalized Carrier Engagement: Build strong, personal connections with carriers. Understand their unique challenges, provide tailored solutions, and serve as a continuous source of support throughout their journey with Relay.
•Feedback Champion: Actively seek and collect feedback from carriers, acting as their voice within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns, enhance program materials, and drive improvements that positively impact carriers’ experiences.
•Program Advocacy: Be the face of the Ambassador Program. Promote its benefits and actively encourage carriers to participate, emphasizing the value it brings to their professional growth and success within the Relay network.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– High school or equivalent diploma
– Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
– Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
– Can you work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays?

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– 1+ years of management experience
– Experience with SQL
