We are looking for an experienced senior product manager and creative problem solver with technical background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key job responsibilities
You will work closely with customers, Go-to-Market leaders, compliance, sales, marketing, analytics, data engineering and customer service teams, to understand the needs of customers, and use that information to develop multi-year roadmaps that will lead to success for customers using our services, and growth for our business. You will be part of a technology team with capabilities to develop specific capabilities for these market needs. When your team cannot build these capabilities, you will advocate on behalf of our customers by partnering with other teams within Amazon to create solutions.

As a senior leader on the Amazon Business Product/Tech team, you will have a high impact opportunity to serve the needs of business buyers, you will interact with the senior management team within Amazon Business and across Amazon. This is a chance to think big!

Key responsibilities include:
· Develop Business Requirements, review UX and Tech Designs, and participate in the day-to-day decision-making activities of your product team.
· Partner with the GTM business teams to identify new product requirements.
· Author PRFAQ(s)/ BRDs for new product features, and contribute to PRFAQ(s)/ BRDs for new sub-vertical programs.
· Partner with Product owners throughout Amazon Business and Amazon overall to drive vertical-specific requirements into their products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– 4+ years of technical product or program management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
– Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
– Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
