Shopbop is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Influencer Marketing to join the Brand Marketing team to deliver strategic initiatives, program scale, and thought leadership. This role will architect Shopbop’s influencer strategy and lead the influencer team in creating a best-in-class program to drive business impact and Shopbop brand awareness. This role will work closely with Shopbop senior management, business leaders across Amazon, and external brand partners to develop mechanisms for scale and drive influencer opportunity in new territories. You will be a leader on a team that is responsible for increasing Shopbop brand awareness, and manages Shopbop’s most complex and high impact initiatives. This role will have strong analytical experience, deep affiliate expertise, over index in ability to Earn Trust across department leaders, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key job responsibilities
• Develop and lead think big strategies that drive significant influencer program scale and brand awareness growth.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly department reporting, and annual strategy cycles for the influencer organization. Deliver inspiring plans that make Shopbop the first choice of influencers.
• Create innovative influencer engagement models and mechanisms that drive program scale.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships in the influencer fashion and sport sector to drive brand awareness.
• Build strong internal relationships with leaders and counterparts across Shopbop and Amazon’s diverse set of businesses.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Buying, Tech, Finance, Marketing and senior management to execute on strategies.
• Build internal support for new initiatives with keen focus on market opportunity, business potential, and overall strategic fit.
• Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of influencer models and work with appropriate leaders and across all functional areas of Shopbop to execute.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
– Passionate about the Shopbop brand and the fashion space
– Deep affiliate and analytical experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
