We are hiring for a Coordinator, Technology Support that will work Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm or 10am-7pm, rotating every other weekend on Saturday & Sunday from 8am-4pm.
Job Duties:
Supports and troubleshoots systems hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues by installing, monitoring, maintaining, and repairing equipment; resolving open support tickets; researching reported issues; reporting issues utilizing system application tools or internal and external resources; reporting issues and status to manager, supervisor, or customers throughout the troubleshooting process; and following up on resolved issues.
Supports equipment and software requests by submitting requests for technical equipment, hardware, workstations, and software; requesting loaner equipment when necessary; following up on the status of personal computer requests; following security protocols to back up hard-drives to maintain confidential information; and maintaining software request lists.
Aids in the resolution of technical support issues related to applications; coordinating service on telephones as needed; identifying equipment needs; and reporting hardware needs.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year’s customer service-related experience.
Additional certifications may be required based on State laws or requirements.
1 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of the Microsoft Office suite.
Associate’s Degree in Business or related field (for example, Logistics, Business, Administration, or Economics)
IT Support or Call Center Experience
Troubleshoot hardware and using computer software such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.63-$26.68*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Sales Volume Category (SVC) (based on facility sales volume)
