DESCRIPTION
The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Selling Partners to enable more selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to enhance the services we offer, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and build scalable solutions.
We are seeking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Manager to 1) define the recruitment data strategy, 2) develop data infrastructure, 3) lead data process and reporting improvements, and 4) drive effective data driven decisions.
In this role, you will be supporting the Seller Recruitment and Experience Operations (SREO) team on data workstreams. You should be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. You will be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. A proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment is strongly preferred.
Key job responsibilities
• Define data strategy for end-to-end Sales to onboarding experience
• Build sales data infrastructure to support multiple products, programs, and recruitment cycles
• Create data standardization across the Sales organization
• Implement data processes and automation in CRM
• Centralize reporting and create single-source of truth for internal customers
A day in the life
• Directly interface with business customers (sales and operations), gathering requirements and delivering complete data solutions
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses
• Data governance for the sales organization
• Work closely with BI and operations to build scalable data infrastructure solutions
• Participate and support business reviews, annual planning and goal setting exercises.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
– Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
– Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
– 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
– Experience with SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
– Experience presenting to senior leadership
– Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
– Demonstrated experience owning and running data governance

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
