Responsibilities
:
Accelerate advertising revenue growth from assigned vertical
Create and refine business processes that improve the productivity and throughput of the sales team
Identify
and address key issues
impacting
emerging
advertisers’ performance and experience with WMC
suite of advertising solutions
Work within a matrix organization and lead, coach, and influence people
Possess strong consultative sales skills with C-suite leaders, collaborative and innovative spirit, and comfort dealing with ambiguity
Qualifications:
5
+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing high-performing teams
Proven
track record
of driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
Strong understanding of advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and trends
Skilled storyteller with experience communicating marketing opportunities to brands
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights, product information, and data into client value
Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Leadership experience in introducing new performance measures, processes, and systems to achieve operational excellence
Ability to move fast, be bold, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills

The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00-$198,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
