The purpose of the Ops Trust Team is to manage privacy and AI for the Worldwide Operations (WW Ops) Organization. Our focus is to ensure individuals are never surprised by what data we collect, process, and share. As the EU AI Act (and other AI regulations) take effect, we ensure that WW Ops comply with these regulations. This leader acts as a security/privacy/AI subject matter expert and works with legal and technology to support our strategic vision.
Key job responsibilities
– Creates strategic documentation in support of the Ops Trust vision (Monthly Business Reports, Quarterly Business reports, Operational Planning, Resource Allocation, Executive Updates, Three Year Vision)
– Works collaboratively with business intelligence to fuse data into strategic documents to support data driven decision making
– Dives deep at the tactical level and uses tactical details to drive strategy
– Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across WW Ops, Legal, and federated privacy/AI teams to ensure privacy/AI is considered in projects and decisions
– Maintain a strong understanding of privacy/security/AI regulatory developments and standards
– Perform operational deep dives on privacy/security/AI-related processes and systems and identify mitigating measures using analytical methods
– Identify, gather, track, and report privacy/security/AI metrics
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
– Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
– Proactively and without any guidance, identifies issues and autonomously drives resolution
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s Degree
– 5+ years in Privacy, Security, AI
– 5+ years creating and disseminating both tactical and strategic documents for executive audiences
– 5+ years working with executive teams
– 3+ years leading projects that involve the use of automated and manual systems and supporting internal customers across the globe
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Advanced Degree
– 5+ years working with cross-functional teams
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– 5+ years preparing and presenting reports to senior level management
– Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
– Team player with willingness to quickly pivot as landscape shifts
