• Conducting in-depth analysis to improve the customer experience and define new opportunities, then defining optimal delivery zones and route optimizations.
• Determining the ideal placement and layout for fulfillment centers and stores to balance customer experience, speed, availability, throughput, and profitability.
• Leading cross-functional project teams in planning and executing complex initiatives, such as developing innovative store formats that optimize product selection while reducing delivery costs.
• Overseeing the integration of best-in-class technology to enable real-time tracking, seamless customer experiences, and scalable network capabilities.
• Managing capacity and inventory to ensure product freshness and minimize waste, while driving continuous improvements to customer satisfaction and service levels.
Throughout it all, you’ll demonstrate a relentless drive to create, refine, and implement pioneering solutions. With a “general manager” mindset, you’ll proactively clear blockers, drive crisp decisions, and seamlessly collaborate with international partners to standardize best practices.
