DESCRIPTION
As the Senior Program Manager for SCOT (Supply Chain Optimization Technologies) Employee Experience, you will be responsible for creating a holistic and inclusive employee experience strategy that aligns with Amazon’s leadership principles and SCOT’s business objectives. You will design, lead, and execute a comprehensive employee experience charter that enhances talent attraction, engagement, and retention across our global SCOT organization. You will closely partner closely with PXT (HR), business leaders, and central teams like IXT (DEI) to create a world-class employee experience programs like employee sponsorship program, career development programs, employee on-boarding and certification etc. Additionally, you will oversee the internal communications efforts that includes, but not limited to, designing all team meetings, employee newsletter, ask me anything sessions, creating program wikis and documentation, to effectively engage and inform our SCOT employees worldwide. Key job responsibilities
• Develop a multi-year employee experience roadmap and implementation plan, including defining key initiatives, milestones, and success metrics.
• Lead the design and rollout of employee experience programs and mechanism that enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee engagement, growth and development, and well-being.
• Drive the execution of employee experience initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, change management, and adoption across the global SCOT organization.
• Establish robust employee listening and feedback mechanisms to continually assess the impact of the employee experience charter and inform ongoing improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the employee experience within the SCOT leadership team, advocating for resources and driving accountability.
• Collaborate with PXT to develop effective internal messaging and engagement campaigns that bring the employee experience vision to life.
• Track and report on key employee experience and internal communications metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the employee experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– PMP

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
