Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Executive Event Producer to join our Global Strategic Events team. The Executive Producer, Strategic Events sits within the Amazon Ads brand marketing organization. The Global Strategic Events Team is responsible for designing, producing, executing, and measuring tier one first and third party events for Amazon Ads customers and partners with the goal of delivering business results. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and lead events and priority workstreams – from ideation through flawless execution.

We are seeking experiential-driven, data-obsessed, experienced B2B marketer to own holistic event programs from overall event management to specific ownership of key event workstreams such as communications, meetings programs, product experiences, and more. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll work with stakeholder teams across Amazon, and external agencies to produce and support event activations. To be successful in this role you will need to be creative, organized, and driven to deliver high-quality customer-facing events. You should be dedicated to continually testing, measuring, and evolving your event programs. This role requires exceptionally high standards, good judgment, strong attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines, and budgets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills. Key job responsibilities
-Own overall event management on a number of events and workflows for events, including pre-production logistics planning, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap up.

-Lead creative ideation around experiential activations and customer engagement.

-Drive internal/external event communications

-Development of project plans, and manage deliverables and timelines associated with event plan.

-Track, collect, and report on event metrics, and analyze program elements for effectiveness to measure success and YoY improvement recommendations.

-Communicate and collaborate with internal leaders and cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.

-Work with 3rd party event agencies, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
– Experience producing successful events for audiences of 50-3,000 attendees.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
– Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
– Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
– Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
