Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is seeking technical experts to join our team. We’re looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Sr. Program Manager to innovate on behalf of customers, build effective solutions and deliver within OTS.
Key job responsibilities
– Advocate for ideal OTS customer experience and identify and drive data-driven improvement projects
– Drive new hardware and software feature launches and increase existing feature adoption by becoming the liaison for cross-functional teams
– Identify and formalize metrics to track through weekly business reviews
– Engage with both internal and external partners to identify product enhancements

About the team
Our team oversees the planning and execution of large-scale, cross functional programs both software and hardware. We focus on driving alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery of projects across multiple product initiatives. Our core responsibilities include:
– Developing program plans, defining objectives, and establishing governance structure. We ensure alignment with business goals, manage risks, and track progress against milestones.
– Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams and stakeholders.
– Identify risks, assess their potential impact and develop mitigation strategies.
– Analyze and derive data insights through PA/BI and publish those insights to broader stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
