DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about working with data and learning tools to deliver exceptional outcomes for our technology customers? The ProServe Global Enablement Team is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as the Learning Operations Program Manager for our Professional Services Enablement organization, working across teams collaboratively to deliver results.
This role aims to unleash the potential of the ProServe Global Enablement organization by managing our learning tools to support ProServe learners against key programs, and analyzing business performance data against learning objectives to ensure our programs are driving customer outcomes. Key to the success of this role is the ability to jump in, gain a deep understanding of the business and effectively partner with our enablement leads, the ProServe leadership team, front-line managers and individual contributors within and connected to the organization.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership and accountability and will consistently deliver results in a fast paced, growing, matrixed organization. This position will work with a broad set of stakeholders including, Go-To-Market Strategy, ProServe Sales and Business Development Leads, ProServe Senior Leadership, Field Enablement Center of Excellence Teams and global Business Unit Aligned Enablement Teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, works effectively cross-functionally, and accurately translates business needs into impactful business outcomes. They have prior experience with global enablement programs, working with data analysis and trends, working inside learning management systems, analyzing large data sets and trends, building dashboards in BI Tools like Quicksight and has a deep understanding of how a professional services organization operates. This is a hands-on position, with the ideal candidate willing to “roll up their sleeves” and get things done quickly.
Key job responsibilities
• Analyze business performance data and make recommendations for future looking enablement programs with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
• Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
• Work strategically with ProServe Enablement leaders to identify innovative learning solutions to localize training programs and work toward reducing / eliminating the need for training.
• Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement
• Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network focusing on change management in partnership with ProServe Global Enablement Comms and Change Management PM
– Serve as the primary PM for the Learning Management System to upload program content, report on completion and CSAT data and assign learners to programs
– Write relevant narratives for ProServe QBRs, MBRs and 2×2 reads to show business performance data against learning objectives with recommendations for the learning roadmap for ProServe
– Serve as the lead PM for the ProServe AWSentral migration enablement program for ProServe sales and delivery teams – develop the end to end program to aid in AWSentral adoption in Q1 2025

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
– Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
– Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
– Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
– Experience developing business analytics or equivalent
– Experience in business-process design or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
