Are you looking for an opportunity to create a new, global product from scratch? AWS is seeking an innovative , passionate, results-oriented leader to drive an exciting new global product as part of a confidential strategic initiative for AWS.
We are looking for an experienced product manager that thrives by creating high-bar product, operations, and engineering cultures. You will be critical in transforming operations teams by building products to revolutionize their space, enabling long-term scale to support AWS’ rapidly growing business.
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving the product and program roadmap from conceptualization to delivery—partnering with operations, development, and business teams to deliver new products and features. In this position, you’ll be operating as a strategic business partner collaborating with a senior operations leader to envision and gain alignment for long-term automation, short-term program initiatives to incrementally improve operations, and maintain accuracy and service level standards.
This role is an owner in innovating and delivering disruptive value to our customers, collaborating with operations leaders, influencing critical stakeholders, and raising the bar in ensuring we deliver the best experience for customers.
Work closely with partner tech teams to design, influence, and implement product solutions to improve the customer shopping experience
Key contributor to operational plans and long-range plans within our business team, develop individual priorities and personal product roadmap, and influence partner tech and business teams.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of product management experience
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
– Experience driving requirements and roadmap
– Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs (prioritization) for a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
– Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
– Understanding of the sales cycle, operations, and transaction product space
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, design, product, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
– Willingness to support the team with program and product management responsibilities to ensure success
– Ability to influence and negotiate
– Proficient analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities amid ambiguity
– Ability to formulate data-driven decisions
– Ability to conceptualize, run, and prioritize multiple projects
– Track record of navigating complex unstructured cross-functional environments
– Passion for leadership, collaboration, and mentoring
