DESCRIPTION

The Shopping Delivery Experience (SDX) team establishing the delivery experience strategy for all customers (Prime, non-Prime (NPA)), including which items qualify as Prime, which offer gets the Prime badge, the delivery options a customer sees when browsing the store, the shipping fees they pay, and the choices offered at checkout on when/how customers receive products. We are looking for a highly creative, customer obsessed, Sr. Product Manager – Tech to lead the pre-purchase delivery CX strategy.

As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead efforts to make our delivery experience even better. You’ll set goals, decide what features to build, and plan how and when to launch them. You’ll have a tech team to help you, and you’ll work with other teams in the company to get things done. You’ll also listen to what customers want and use their feedback to improve. Your work will make shopping easier for millions of people.

Key job responsibilities
– Lead Innovation: Identify customer and business needs to develop groundbreaking solutions that push the boundaries of our delivery experience.
– Roadmap and Requirements: Establish detailed business and product requirements. Prioritize features and use-cases, set milestones, and oversee the strategic plan for product development.
– Stakeholder Alignment: Secure internal and external support for the product vision, coordinating with various teams and key partners to ensure buy-in.
– Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with software development teams and other departments to address customer and business challenges. Lead the launch of new product features.
– Resource Management: Effectively prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and impactful outcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
