The Retail Business Service (RBS) group provides catalog augmentation and correction technologies for the Amazon selling community. Our solutions ensure information in Amazon’s catalogs is both complete and comprehensive enough to give our customers a great shopping experience every time.
RBS is looking for an experienced Principal Program Manager to shape and lead customer experience, ensuring we can solve customer pain points that cause them to return products.
What we sell, how these products are described, and the return policies we carry shape our customer experience and can fundamentally influence the way customers shop and how satisfied they are with their experience.
Key job responsibilities
As a senior leader, you will
– Build strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders (this is a very central team, you will work with multiple partners).
– Generate and surface key emerging customer trends that Amazon should be thinking about now to better serve our customers.
– Partner with tech and business teams to refine and iterate on ideas, influencing strategic plans.
– Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on regular basis.
– Own vision and definition for solutions you drive
– Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases
– Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 7+ years of program or project management experience
– 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
– MBA
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Experience defining and executing program requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
