The pay range per hour is $16.92 – $28.75

A role with Target Promotion Marketing means leveraging the power of digital, social and email platforms via paid and owned channels to deliver creative, compelling and cohesive promotional messages. You’ll design and prioritize holistic promotional and value stories across all channels, including the price-promotion offers that guests love. You’ll partner with the Weekly Ad channel to anchor its promotional content in close collaboration with dedicated Target Creative and production teams. Here, you’ll also work with Printing Services to create the in-store promotional messages that help guests get the most value out of their Target runs.

As a Bindery Specialist, you’ll work in a high quality team environment and participate in the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional and training materials. You will be trained to operate shrink wrapping, paper drilling, padding and other small finishing equipment as well as lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors. You will also assist large equipment operators in producing quality finished products. The materials you will help produce are used throughout the enterprise including in stores, in the recruiting of new talent to work inTarget stores, as well as being shipped directly to our guests. About you:
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision
• Able to read, understand and follow job instructions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
