DESCRIPTION
As the Industrial Real Estate Launch & Execution Project Coordinator, you will be a critical hub of operational excellence, driving cross-functional alignment and portfolio-level visibility across the team’s capital projects and new initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will own the development and maintenance of essential PMO-style processes, tools, and communication channels – including the coordination of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document version control.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of incoming change requests, establishing standardized intake and prioritization procedures
• Create and sustain transparent reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholder teams informed on project status, risks, and milestones
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by documenting clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authorities (RACIs)
• Develop centralized repositories for project artifacts, SOPs, lessons learned, and operational best practices
• Implement robust version control systems to ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical documentation
• Partner with project managers to optimize resource allocation, standardize planning/tracking, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular performance reporting to ILE leadership, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Drive the adoption of project management frameworks, methodologies, and technologies across the team
• Nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and enabler of the ILE team’s success

This role will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Worldwide Grocery Real Estate organization. The team’s mission is to build a best-in-class development function, eliminating ambiguity and churn throughout the organization. By inventing and simplifying processes, and standardizing best practices, the team enables the real estate, construction, and design teams to focus on their core responsibilities efficiently. Through close collaboration with business partners, the team ensures alignment on goals and prioritization, fostering a cohesive and streamlined approach to project execution. With a commitment to innovation and simplification, the team strives to optimize workflows, enhance cross-functional coordination, and deliver exceptional results that support the organization’s growth and success.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
