DESCRIPTION

Drive end-to-end supply chain and operations initiatives to improve Amazon’s ability to fulfill specialty selection. This includes how we carry small, low-price items and non-sortable products. Lead efforts to reduce defects and optimize the overall performance of Amazon’s fulfillment network.

Key job responsibilities
1. Build and run the PMO setup across orgs to develop strategic initiatives, identify synergies and consolidate efforts
2. Own Vice President communication on the status of the workstreams, including driving escalations and resolving conflict through data-backed arguments.
3. Own the Ops monthly, quarterly business and finance reviews on the strategic workstreams with finance alignment and tracking to leadership annual goals for cost reduction and CX improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
– 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 7+ years of program or project management experience
– 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
– 10+ years of supply chain experience
– Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
