What to ExpectTesla is seeking an Engineer to develop and implement quality
management systems. This position will involve business process design,
implementation, and project management to achieve quantifiable improvements to

What You’ll BringBachelor of Science in
Industrial Engineering, evidence of exceptional experience in related fields,
or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3+ year of
experience in a quality or quality system roleKnowledge of quality
system industry standards including ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or AIAGPreferred: Project
management experienceThe ability to work
independently as well as collaborate well across diverse functional groupsStrong verbal and written
communication skills to manage and communicate the health and integrity of the
data and systemsDemonstrated track record
of taking initiative and delivering resultsAdaptability and a
willingness to learn and growComfortable with making
decisions with incomplete informationProficiency in quality
tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control) or
