The Driver is a key contributor in the Tesla experience as you will be the face of our distribution center. 

What You’ll Do
Safely operate internal box truck (26’ or 14’) to transport vehicle parts between our distribution center, service centers and body shops
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while providing excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and delivery paperwork
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness
Ensure efficient loading and unloading of vehicle parts and safe securement of freights
Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate customer needs and varying delivery volumes
Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns
What You’ll Bring
Valid driver’s license with DOT Non CDL Certification and Medical Card
Great work ethic & team player – levelheaded, detail oriented, safety contentious, courteous, flexible, punctual, and professional and customer focused
Previous DOT Commercial Vehicle experience preferred
Current DOT Physical Examination (medical card)
Ability to maintain a clean driving record with a high level of safety awareness on the roadways
Knowledge and adherence to federal motor carrier safety regulations / DOT guidelines
