and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that support organizational

manage new compensation programs from design to executionCollaborate
with HR partners, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective
communication and seamless execution of compensation programsRegularly
assess the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommend
adjustments as neededPartner
with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) teams on system enhancements

What You’ll BringBachelor’s
degree, or equivalent in work experience 10+
years of experience in compensationProven
experience as a Compensation Program Manager or in a similar role,
demonstrating a strong understanding of compensation principles and strategiesSolid
knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulationsStrong
analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make
informed compensation decisionsExcellent
communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively across various teamsProficiency
in HRIS and compensation management systems
