What to Expect
Responsible for supporting the Payroll team, analyzing and resolving inquiries for approximately 50,000 employees within US, Canada and Mexico. Performs duties that require an understanding of company payroll policies and procedures with a strong level of customer service.
This role will be based in Reno, Nevada.
What You’ll Do
Provides knowledgeable support to employees and Payroll team on all payroll related questions
Provide backup processing and reporting support to the Payroll team · Backup new hire setup tasks
Answer in person inquiries at the Answer Bar in a face-to-face environment
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems in a timely manner
Provide professional responses to Ticketing system, telephone calls, email and personnel requests for system and payroll inquiries
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Process, review, and distribute key payroll reports
What You’ll Bring
CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
3+ year’s recent hands-on US multi states payroll experience required
Knowledge of Kronos, UKG Pro, Professional HR Systems strongly preferred
Exposure to a high volume, and multi-task work environment required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills required
Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, ability to detect inconsistencies in data, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Some experience with audit procedures is preferred
