About this Opportunity

The HR Policy & Compliance team is responsible for creating, managing, monitoring, and enforcing HR and employment-related policies and compliance programs for Target.  As a member of Target’s HR Policy & Compliance team, you will play an integral part in working with Human Resources, business, and legal teams to manage emerging risks, complex employment requirements, and internal workplace policy expectations. 

As a Lead specialist compliance, you’ll take the lead as you

Own and process end to end employee PF related process – Ensure compliance on data collation, filing and tracking of records. Review/Update HR policy from a compliance perspective. Act on changes. Partner with HR CoE’s to document process changes in the form of a policy or a guideline document Audit critical compliances as it relates to HR (Statutory, Financial and Operational). Partner with the Assurance function and TI Compliance function. Focus on FCPA compliance for HR Consults with HR Partners/leaders on implementation of applicable labor legislations in partnership with TI compliance pyramid. Ensures compliance Monitor compliance adherence on a periodic basis. Report findings and overall health Respond to notices and meeting requests from government officials Ensure timely preparing and filing of statutory returns

Requirements

College degree
3+ years of experience in HR compliance
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and team members. Ability to influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated project/process management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of initiative and self-motivation
Proven ability to independently analyze and problem solve.
Demonstrated ability to multi task in a dynamic environment
Expertise in Indian labor laws.
Strong PC skills
