What to ExpectThis role reports to the project management office of Tesla’s internal 4680 cell production organization. It is directly responsible for connecting the technical work in the factory to Tesla’s overall technology and business objectives. Through coordination of a diverse group of stakeholders (product design, manufacturing, quality, and the production organization), you will take high level ambiguous targets and break them down into tangible, actionable, measurable projects. You will first give high level targets to different team in our production facility, then partner with each to build a bottom-up project list that delivers the target in the desired timeframe.
