Position Overview:
As Genesys Cloud EEngineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and constructing call flows in Genesys Cloud Architect. You will collaborate closely with business and product teams to gather and analyze requirements, while also contributing to technical documentation and supporting each release cycle. Additionally, you will automate and streamline development and deployment processes, ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.
Should have a working knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX platform.
Experience in migrating contact centres to Genesys Cloud CX. Should be Hands on in Genesys Cloud enablement, configuration, and support.
Will be required to design and construct call flows in Genesys Architect.
Should be hands on in Genesys Architect Call flows, IVRs, skills, permissions, roles, routing, queues etc.
Experience in design and deliver of IVRs and bots
Genesys API’s integration with 3rd party solutions and CRMs like Salesforce etc.
Candidate should have knowledge on Engineering, consultation and be able to assist with day-to-day operational activities on Genesys Cloud CX.
Knowledge in working with adjunct solutions like WFM, Dialers, Recording etc.
Genesys certifications such as Genesys Cloud Certified Architect and Genesys Cloud Certified Implementation etc are highly desirable.
Interface with required teams, vendors to achieve desirable goals.
Proficiency in Core Java, Spring, design, develop and implement Web APIs, Restful Services, or Web Services.
Experience in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Understanding of Data Structure and Algorithms is a plus
Sound understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology with experience in collaborating within Scrum teams.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Atleast 3 years of experience in designing and delivering IVRs in Genesys Cloud CX
Atleast 3 years of experience in Constructing Call flows using Genesys Architect
Atleast 1 year of professional experience in Java application development.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Must have experience in Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Call Flow Architect, Genesys Integrations with CRM applications
Good to know skills on AWS platform
Should be able to assist in event of any service degradation or outage and engage in live troubleshooting with end user.
