We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Electronics Design Engineer to join us in the development of cutting-edge technologies from concept to mass production. You will have the opportunity to contribute to traction inverter power electronics design.

What You’ll Do
Develop experiments and statistical studies to evaluate device reliability such as time dependent dielectric breakdown
Develop, characterize, and validate high voltage power semiconductors for traction inverter applications
Develop screening for power semiconductors
Measure and analyze data including switching waveforms, losses and thermal performance
Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, PCBA, reliability, manufacturing and firmware engineering teams to optimize inverter reliability
Collaborate with both internal and external suppliers to develop next generation power semiconductor
Solve challenges at scale to achieve industry leading reliability and efficiency in the world’s highest production volume EV drive inverters
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Comprehensive understanding and background of power semiconductors including SiC-MOSFET / semiconductor physics and/or electronics engineering
Experience with high voltage higher than 300V application
Experience with scripting for data processing and test automation, e.g. MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW
Proficiency with standard EE tools (scopes, network analyzers, signal generators, DAQs, etc.)
